Chokha nay Phulkay ja Burrito
Burrito with rice and phulka
A burrito built on a warmed phulko instead of a tortilla, rolled around taco-seasoned rice, quickly tossed fajita-style capsicum and a fresh tomato salsa with chilli, pepper, coriander and lemon. Uses up: phulko and choka. Served warm as a healthy afternoon snack.
